Refund & Return Policy

Only merchandise purchased from www.slaslashop.com can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Opened products may not be returned.

If you wish to return the product purchased from our website, please contact us at slathetician@gmail.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you to complete and include with your return.

Please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on your original online invoice that arrived with your package.

Please note: We offer free complimentary standard shipping with orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees. Also, we are not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered return items.

Processing time for returns is 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
